Just a quick note to let everyone know I got my first spam comment today, so obviously my pages are starting to get indexed. I am going to have to find the best anti spam plug in soon enough.

Well that is pretty much all I had to say today. I just bought Football Manager 2008 (and having the worst time trying to install it!), so hopefully I don’t get to distracted from my blogging.

Speaking of blogging, I got one reply from my post yesterday saying which domain to use for the ‘1 Month Blog Flipping Challenge’ and that vote was for IncomeDiary.com – so that is the one I will be using. I am currently installing wordpress and have chosen the free theme that I will be using. It is called DarkZen by DailyBloggingTips. I like it cause it is clean and simple with great ad placement!

I get way more spam comments than actual comments and Akismet seems to do a really good job at catching them. You may want to give it a try.

As I’ve just started a blog myself last month I was really keen to find and follow a brand new start up just to compare with and see how it was done.

I started a blog last year but gave up after a couple of months because nobody came. However I’ve copied those posts across (just to give my new blog some bulk) and started again after learning so much about marketing blogs and seo tips from sites like this.

Thanks for all the advice and with your new blog being set up – well thats another to keep on my favourites list.
