503 Subscribers! Thankyou Everyone!
Well it finally happened. It has been tempting to do it since last friday but I just checked my feed count and as you can see it shows I have 503 Subscribers to StandOutBlogger.com!
I would like to thank every one of my subscribers from the longest subscribed, the most active commenters, the regular readers and everyone that has just subscribed recently!
You will be excited to know that I have a lot install for this blog, especially for the month of December where I will be looking at Video Blogging (or Vloging) for the whole month! This won’t be the typical video blogs you see and I will be creating inititives for bloggers to be more creative with their blogging! So stay tuned…(and subscribe if you havn’t already!)
In regards to purchasing a video camera I have been googling and then youtubing reviews for the last 2 days and currently it looks like the camera I will be purchasing will now be the Sanyo CG9!
Sorry for the short post but I haev been working in the rain for the last week and yesterday came down with some sort of virus – so it’s an early night for me!

I just subscribed! I’ve been considering video blogging myself once my blog picks up some more traffic, so I’m interested to see how you accomplish this.
By the way, that camera’s a lot cheaper over at Amazon. :-) Looks great for vacations, I’ve been considering getting a camera before heading to Disney in a couple months. If you get it, you post your own review!

After ending the blogging life, I finally realized that there’s no point in gaining huge subscriber counts. Most blogs are gaining high numbers by having contests and competitions, but how many are fake or how many of those e-mails are actually being used? Sorry to burst your bubble, but I could definitely say that even if you delete your Feedburner account, the commotion on your blog will stay the same. The feed count is merely just a count.

p.s. Take my advice, go with a very cheap camera, so it won’t become obsolete so quick.

Diana – Thanks! Hopefully my vlogging can help you a bit. In regards to the camera on amazon, it is US$250, and the one I linked to was AUD$310 – with our exchange rate at about 60cents to the dollar the Aussie one is actually much cheaper!
Trever – You have to really push for subscribers. I am looking at those popups that everyone seems to be using.

Argh.. I wouldn’t have gone for Sanyo.. Try for Sony if possible :) Even if you get a Sony 5 MP Cam the quality would probably be like a 7 MP of an unknown company.

I don’t know how you did it. Congrats. I’m still at 1 digit in my RSS feeds. If you check my site it will say 150 – 200 but that’s because I changed the counter on it. Good job. I have somebody to look up to now.
