SEO Article Writers Test – The articles are in…
It seems like my SEO Article Writers post has caused quite a bit of feedback – both positive, negative and also those who are waiting on the articles before they cast an opinion.
If you have no idea what I am talking about, in my previous post I wrote about how I was looking for an article writer for my extra large dog kennel niche blog.
I found a freelance website called oDesk where I posted a job for 10 keyword optimised articles and ended up finding a lady who offered to write all ten articles (I provided the keywords) for just $16 ($1.6 an article).
As I mentioned earlier, I had quite a few negative comments which pretty much told me to expect inferior articles because of the price I was paying – and I was ready for it (because I was only doing this as a test).
Well I can report that the articles are back, and two of them are up on the website (with the 8 others to follow in coming days). And I thought that now was a really good time to reveal the results and let you decide if you really can expect to only pay $1.6 for quality seo article writers!
Two Of My $1.6 Keyword Optimised Articles: (no longer active)
Dog Kennel Fence
Dog Kennels And Runs
If I can put my biased opinion into the discussion, I am really impressed with the articles. Not only where they really well optimised, they also were extremely personable.
Given the opportunity again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use oDesk for outsourcing my articles again.
What Do You Think?
As I said at the beginning, I really want to hear your thoughts again now that you have seen the articles? Do you approve of the quality? And would you be willing to pay $1.6 for articles of similar quality?

I’ve tried odesk and there are indeed a lot of people who can give you quality articles at reasonable rates.

Well, I only read the first article, and I reckon you got a bloody good deal. Man, why write your own articles when you can have someone do it for you for peanuts.

Sire – I am not going to outsource the articles on this blog because it is my thoughts and the things that I am doing, but I think for all my niche blogs I am going to do this a lot more!

That’s what I meant Tom, seeing as how the post was based on one of those niches.

Wow, this is really interesting Tom. Like some of the commenters on your previous post, I have mixed feelings about this. Part of me wants to try it for myself, but part of me doesn’t because it seems to little. I’m not sure.
I posted my first job on oDesk today and it is for rewrites and they are paid higher than your original articles. By the looks of things, my job is actually quite highly paid and as such I’m getting quite a lot of applicants that just obviously can’t write well but must be trying to get better paid :S I am just having to go through and reject them. When I look at their job history it seems like their other jobs pay a fraction of what I’ve posted – looks like many of the jobs on oDesk are very low pay. Finding it quite confusing but it’s a useful site.

Hi Thomas,
Well, as an entrepreneur I’m also glad to hear Odesk’s great testing capabilities to know whether your outsourced task comes to be productive or not. Actually, I’ve firstly tested eLance but quite not happy with the results and have spent lots of money without having the job well done.
Now, I’ve been using Onlinejobs.ph and it’s been beneficial for my business until now. I also introduced it into my program as well.
Great to see you’re doing a great job in writing! You’re welcome to visit my blog too.
Talk soon!

Yes I agree there are lot of people who under estimate writers in odesk, especially those who have lower rates. Why not try before they talk trash?
