I will be tackling the topic of fame and blogs tomorrow. Looking at the questions above plus a few more, hoping to expose a few myths, and blow a few mindsets about what fame is, and what it means to run a famous blog.
But until then the floor is yours. I want to know your thoughts on the questions above. Answers one, answer them all, or just leave a comment in relation to fame and blogging. Don’t be shy because I am looking to feature a few of your responses in my post tomorrow (with link love!).

Is Being A Famous Blogger Important To You?
I don’t know about this clearly. But I’m sure of one thing: if a blogger is famous, surely he will blog better. Its an encouragement. And fame is something that everybody loves. I mean a new blogger suddenly gets written about by someone else. Wouldn’t he feel great. It’ll help him become more better.

I guess you would class a famous blogger as being someone who is mentioned alot across the blogoshpere, Technorati would be a good way of judging this.
Famous bloggers are usually the ones that teach people or guide people, as they are more likely to get links and feedback!

To me, you can become a famous blogger by setting yourself different to all others - be it branding, viral marketing etc.
The only part of being famous I’d take is the income (in this niche…) apart from that, I can do without the blog expos and whatnot
I’ll only answer the last two because I don’t want my comment to be longer than you post
I don’t necessarily care if I become a famous blogger or not, in fact if I become famous then I will feel more obligated and it might not be as fun. I would, however, like to be famous enough to make a decent amount of money from my site!

Fame and Blogging
I’m pretty new at all this so the list of famous bloggers that I know is pretty short.
What I believe they have in common is how long they’ve been blogging. They all seemed to have gotten ‘into’ blogging years ago, when it was something new.
And what I find really interesting is that while most have excellent content, some famous bloggers have very uninteresting content and still make $1000s each month.
Will I be a famous blogger in 3-4 years? Time will tell.
I think that deep down EVERYONE would love to be famous.
I think though, that as long as your blog gets read and people keep coming back and reading, commenting, then your blog is famous.

Famous to me means reading about my own sex life at the supermarket.
