At some point you have to just say "screw, it i'm starting now" and just go for it. You can always correct and fix things later if they're not perfect. Also, if everything isn't right the first day or two, hardly anyone will notice anyway. Yea it's not my first blog in the niche, but I am going to try and shy away from contests this time. They did ok for my last blog but I want quality readers who have subscribed for the sole purpose that they care about what I have to say. And about the theme, it is just there as I get my new one coded. I just wanted to start blogging. Supposedly the design is going to take about 3-4 to code, so it should be up by next week!
