59 New Subscribers In One Day! How?

Just a quick one today.

I just did my morning routine before work of turning on my computer to check my emails, and I fired up my web browser. StandOutBlogger.com happens to be my home page and I quickly checked my feed count and I was totally amazing at the results!

I now have 313 Subscribers!

Yesterday I only have 244, so I gained 59 subscribers overnight! I have no idea how or why, so for the moment I am blaming Salwa from Blogriffic and her fantastic guest post :D

Did anyone else see a massive just overnight or was it just me?

UPDATE:

Thanks to all who responded to let me know that my blogs feed had been added to a list that made it on the front page of DIGG (the reason for the RSS increase!)

    Hey Tom,

    If that’s accurate stats from FeedBurner, then congratulations to you. :)

    I actually woke up to see my Feedburner count at zero. It stayed like that for most of the day, until it finally put in the proper (and average) number.

    Suzanne – I’d love to try and get something viral happening like that..however all my previous attempts havnt really worked out.

    Ganesh – No Im not. I was planning on it, but then I got told it was going to be an adsense competition, and so i forgot about it, and when I came back it was RSS again and I missed out! haha

    Ben – Thats what I’m trying to do. I want to give them a bit of the StandOutBlogger feel over the next couple of days :D

    Wow that’s great! And you have 400+ subscribers right now. I have no idea on how to get that much of subscribers in a day, I have only about 50+ subscriber right now. I’m happy with that and hope it will increase day by day! :)
